We are always recruiting for a variety of roles across our four sites, from admin roles to workshop technicians, and we always want to make sure our staff are looked after through a range of employee benefits. 

It is important for Rossetts to know that when our staff reach retirement they can afford a comfortable living through their pension. Staff will be automatically enrolled in the company pension scheme after three months continuous service.

For those employees who decide to supply their own tools for the satisfaction of their duties, i.e. technicians, the Company insure tools owned by them, whilst they are on Company premises, against theft for the value of the tools, up to a maximum of £12,000.
