From 1 October 2026, FUSO Truck UK has taken responsibility for FUSO vehicle sales and customer services across Great Britain as the new General Distributor for FUSO products.
The transition has been developed alongside Daimler Truck UK and Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation, with the aim of supporting continuity for customers and the nationwide FUSO Dealer network.

Please continue to contact your usual Rossetts team for FUSO servicing, repairs, parts and support. FUSO Truck UK anticipates no change to the level of customer support.
As the new arrangements and systems are introduced, some processes are still being finalised. We therefore ask customers to please bear with us during the transition.
Our staff will continue to do their best to find solutions and support you wherever possible, while working to minimise any disruption.
Parts supply
Parts ordering is currently being managed through a Dealer Search system until the FUSO UK temporary system is implemented. This may result in longer lead times for parts supply. Our teams will make every effort to locate available stock wherever possible to minimise delays.
Service and Repair & Maintenance contracts
Existing Service and Repair & Maintenance contracts are being transferred from Daimler Truck Financial Services to FUSO Truck UK, with continuation of coverage.
Affected customers will receive confirmation directly. Active tyre maintenance contracts will also retain their coverage.
From 1 October 2026, FUSO's nationwide breakdown and recovery support is provided through Egertons.
