Launched in 2004, TradePartner has been developed exclusively for the Mercedes-Benz CV trade parts customers in recognition of their valued custom and to promote loyalty in a highly competitive market place. The benefits of TradePartner extend far beyond the supply of genuine Mercedes-Benz parts recognises the more comprehensive requirements of today's commercial vehicle operators and repairers. TradePartner offers a package of support services enabling Rossetts Commercials to offer bespoke business-to-business sales propositions to each and every one of their trade parts customers. Member's Loyalty Scheme In order to become a TradePartner, you must satisfy minimum entry criteria. Once approved, in addition to receiving special offers, technical advice and information, you will also benefit from the TradePartner Loyalty Payback Scheme. For all parts purchases (excluding warranty, R&M, labour and delivery) you will accumulate points that are converted into vouchers and issued to members at the end of each quarter. Vouchers can be redeemed against commercial vehicle parts or any item from the Mercedes-Benz Boutique catalogues, vehicle accessories from wide-ranging product catalogues and the TradePartner Collection.
