 Vito ServicePackage and ServicePackage-Plus
Regardless of how you finance your new Vito you can benefit from the peace of mind and cost control of a Mercedes-Benz service package. ServicePackage is a service contract from Mercedes-Benz. Available on all new Vitos up to and including 3.5 tonnes GVW, it puts you in control of your service budget. How? For just one up-front payment of £450 + VAT you can relax knowing you won´t have to pay another penny for: - Labour
- Materials
- Lubricants
- which are all required in routine servicing of your van as recommended by Mercedes-Benz, over the next five years (*or up to 60,000 miles, whichever is sooner). The detail The ServicePackage is only available: - to retail customers (i.e. customers with 24 vehicles or less)
- to new Vito sales registered in the UK by participating dealers
Even if you need service costs for up to five years or 120,000 miles this is also available. All routine maintenance is covered as recommended by DCUK in the relevant service schedule up to 5 years or 110,000 km´s (68,000 miles) whichever is sooner. The ServicePackage contract is fully transferable to a new owner, not between vehicles. In these circumstances no refund against the initial contract is obtainable. The following are excluded from the ServicePackage: - All repairs
- Accident damage
- Damage resulting from abuse
- Tyres
- Glass (windscreens, mirrors, light lenses etc.)
- 24-hour roadside assistance and recovery
- Tachograph calibration or sealing
- Daily maintenace checks and topping up
- Repairs under warranty
- Legislative modifications
ServicePackage-Plus This package offers the same as ServicePackage but also covers friction items. - Labour
